Cookies are files or pieces of information that may be stored on your computer (or other devices connected to the Internet, such as a smartphone or tablet) when you visit the Sites. A cookie contains several pieces of information, including the domain name of the server that deposited it; its name; a number that usually serves as an identifier; and possibly an expiration date. Cookies are used in particular to collect information relating to your browsing on the Sites and applications and to provide you with personalised services based on the data collected.
There are two main categories of cookies:
- Cookies placed by AURA IMPACT on your terminal. They are generally used by AURA IMPACT to identify a user and allow him/her to access his/her account and the various features of the Sites.
- Cookies deposited by a third party service provider (“Third Party Cookies”). These cookies may be used by the service provider to recognize your terminal when you visit other platforms. The issuance and use of cookies by third parties on our Sites is subject to the privacy policies of those third parties.
Why do we use Cookies?
The cookies placed by our Sites are intended to:
- Allow the proper functioning of the Sites, the proper execution of the services you request, as well as the conservation of your consent to the deposit of other categories of cookies; personalise the services and improve your experience throughout your journey on our sites;
- To enable us to understand how you access the Sites and to track traffic patterns in order to measure performance and help us improve the quality of our services.

Do we use third party cookies?
Yes, in addition to Google Analytics, the Sites rely on certain services provided by third party sites. These include:
- Share buttons (LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Email);
- Videos broadcast on the Sites (YouTube);
- Interactive maps (Google Maps);
- Captchas to verify that you are not a robot (Google).
These features use third-party cookies set directly by these services. We make every effort to identify these cookies so that you can decide whether or not to accept them. If you do not accept them, you may not be able to access these services and some pages of the Sites may not function properly or be accessible. You can indicate your preferences as indicated below.
How can I control or delete cookies?
You can control or delete cookies directly on the Sites by clicking on the icon at the bottom left of your screen.
You can also control or delete cookies via your Internet browser settings. Indeed, most web browsers are set to automatically accept cookies. You can change these settings to block cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent to your device. There are several different ways to manage cookies. Please refer to your browser’s instructions or help service to learn more about how to adjust or change the settings.
If you use multiple devices to access the Sites (e.g. your computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.) you should ensure that the browser on each of your devices is adjusted to the cookie settings you have set.
Cookies play an important role in your experience with the Sites. Disabling them could (particularly for technical cookies) affect your experience of visiting the Site, including reducing or preventing your access to all or part of the Sites.
Clear gifs (invisible pixels)
We employ a software technology called “clear gifs” or “invisible pixels”, which help us to better manage the content of the Sites by informing us about the effectiveness of that content. Clear gifs are small picture files with a unique identifier, a function similar to that of cookies, which are used to track users’ movements online. Unlike cookies, which are stored on the user’s computer hard drive, invisible pixels are embedded invisibly in web pages and are about the size of the point at the end of this sentence. We do not associate the information collected by these invisible pixels with our users’ personal information.
